Carlos Caceres
Executive Director
With more than 20 years of experience leading the CNM Therapeutic Riding Program, Carlos has just about seen and done it all. Before Carlos joined CNM, he worked at the Imus Ranch training horses and teaching children in remission from cancer to ride and understand horses.
Elissa Ulibarri
Program Director
Elissa originally joined CNM as a volunteer in 2010. After graduating from UNM and starting a family, she joined the CNM team as a riding instructor. Elissa now serves as the Program Director and does everything from mucking and grooming to running client session, training volunteers, and organizing fundraisers.
Julie
Ingram
Lead Volunteer
Julie came to CNM as a volunteer in 2010, and she instantly fell in love with the people and horses at the program. Julie works with at-risk youth for her "real" job, and often describes her work at CNM as her own therapy. Julie can be found at the ranch on most Saturdays sharing her love of horses with everyone who comes through the gates.
